On a more serious note, I'd make the world cube shaped, introduce super powers, give animals human intelligence, and delete gender permanently. There, problem solved, because we're all asexual. I'd also create blocks in the brain to prevent people from lying, and make government officials fight their own battles in... Mortal Combat! I'd also delete all monetary systems for the more traditional bartering system of old. Naive. On my own note... I'd probably just leave the world itself as is, although I'd see if I could somehow make myself an omnipotent being. At which point I'd probably just use said omnipotent powers at whim to entertain myself, and with omnipotent, I could potentially endlessly find fun things to do, maybe meddle here and there with humanity to change history in ways it would not have gone otherwise just to see the results, create another world for the sole purpose of trying to be a utopia to entertain myself further in when I don't wish to bother with the human world, and maybe grant some wonders upon the human world, because I'd probably still find some measure of satisfaction with making others happy now and then. But in general, I wouldn't do much to the human world itself, maybe just tweak a few things here and there to see how things go, if pros outweigh cons, keep, if not, undo, etc. Pros/Cons being decided at my whim, so on and so forth. Though I'm not sure if that would have bad implications I'm not considering, so if that has a downside, then I'd remodel the immune system to be incredibly efficient.
