Field spell

While a “Hand of Time” monster is on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. During your turn, when a spell card is activated, add one “Chrono” counter to this card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can remove as many counters from this card up to the number of counters on this card. Before your opponent starts their turn, if this card has counters on it, skip turns equal to the number of counters on this card.
