If you do not control a face-up "Necrovalley", destroy this card. While this card has Xyz material, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters from their hand. If your opponent Special Summons a monster from their Extra Deck: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; its effects are negated, also it cannot attack.
