for example is some1 summons a blue eyes and i activate this card. This card becomes blue eyes or watever monster you choose from the listed places

Its a good card, but you need a downside. A downside means adding something such as if you use that card you must pay half your lifepoints, so it has a good and bad part to the card, because no card could be that overpowered without a downside.

no downside needed.Ask yourself does clone duplication have a down side. Oh right it does. Make it so if the monster you select is destroyed, destroy this card as well. But that would take away from the overall uniqueness. But then again this is just a copycat spell version so its all good. no cost needed.

The OCG is off.

First, you can't treat a Spell as a Monster. Secondly you have to make it continuous otherwise it's automatically destroyed.

 

Correct OCG:

Pay 2000 Life Points. Select 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard. After activation, this card is treated as a Normal Monster Card and its ATK and DEF become equal to the selected monster. This is considered a Special Summon. (This card is also still treated as a Spell Card.)

 

I believe that's correct.

The ending OCG is correct but the middle is a bit off.

"Select 1 monster from either you or your opponent's Graveyard."

I think you can leave it at that to even it out.
