Yellow Jacket Posted May 20, 2015 Report Share Posted May 20, 2015 Victory Plasma-Veiss Dragon Light 10 4000/3000 Fusion/Dragon/Effect "Plasma-Veiss Dragon" + "2 "Plasma" or "Veiss" monsters" Must first be Fusion Summoned or summoned with its own effect. You can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by banishing the above cards from your hand or your side of the field(this Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon). If you used this effect, destroy this card at the End Phase. If this card declares battle against an opponents monster, you can negate that monsters' effect, change its battle position and then this card gains 500 ATK. I have much more Veiss and Plasma monsters but hard to do this on my tablet. I've messed with this guy numerous times myself until I found an effect and attack I liked. Let me know what you think.
