Yellow Jacket Posted May 20, 2015 Report Share Posted May 20, 2015 Victory Power-Veiss Dragon Light 10 4000/3000 Xyz/Dragon/Effect 4 Level 10 Monsters Can also be Xyz Summoned using "Victory Plasma-Veiss Dragon" as the Xyz Material. Negate all other monster effects while this card remains face-up on the field. While you have 1000 LP or less, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to banish all "Veiss" monsters from your graveyard and if you do that, this card gains 500 ATK for every card banished. As you can guess, victory plasma veiss is the bigger version of plasma veiss and victory power veiss is the bigger version of victory plasma veiss. Let me know what you think.
