Vitral
I watched Little Witch Academia. That dragon works so well as anti-meta. The main of this card "How can we screw up Nekroz, Shaddoll and HERO at the same time?" Lore: You can Ritual Summon this card with "Sealed Iron Maiden". When this card is Special Summoned: Banish all Spell Cards from both players fields and Graveyards. This card is unaffected by Spell Cards and monsters effects that were Special Summoned using Spell Cards. Any Spell Card sent to the Graveyard is banished instead. This card gains 500 ATK for each banished Spell Card. You can only control 1 "Runic Despair Dragon". And since you can't have a Ritual monster without a Ritual Spell, might as well make that screw with the most played archetypes. Lore: This card is used to Ritual Summon "Runic Despair Dragon". You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equals 7 or more. If your opponent controls a Warrior-Type or Spellcaster-Type monster, you can banish 2 Spell Cards from your opponents hand or field instead. asterr259
The monster is pretty solid. I can't say I don't like it. Though I would bump the level up (maybe 8 or 9)? The Spell cards seems a little too much, being able to not only banish spells from the hand, but special summon this game changing monster. Theres the factor of them having a Spellcaster or Warrior and then 2 spell cards but still. It fells like an all-or-nothing type effect; I suggest thinking over it some more.
