Catman25
I really like this card as a poor man's side. It hurts Tellars that aren't CoHed, it hits Manju/Senju, Stick, and most importantly, since a lot of my decks seem to lose to these guys: Yosenju. Fiendish and BTS obviously trump it, but I feel like more Solemns against some decks can be pretty decent, especially when I only own 2 Fiendish irl
ihop
I feel like it's inferior to Chaos trap hole against Tellars and, well, everything but Yosenju because it deals with Deneb by actually banishing it. It is good against Yosenju but it doesn't get round potential Secret Moves in which case Veiler and BTS are about as good but less specialised. Slinky
Deals with the Jus, Tellars, and Yosenju. Like ihop said though, with tellars, you prefer to banish it outright, so Chaos Trap Hole is best for that scenario. and Tellars also happen to SS themselves a lot so this wouldn't even work half the time. Against Nekroz and Yosenjus though, this is definitely better as you don't have to pay 2000 lp to get the same result. Unless the Nekroz pull denko on your ass, in which case, side back into the Chaos Trap Holes. Basically Tellars - Chaos Trap Hole Nekroz - Either one, both have ups and downs Yosenju - Rug Shaddolls - Chaos Trap Hole
玄魔の王
Don't forget Swallow Flip, who works like this but on Special Summons.

ihop
It's not better against Nekroz, the main reason you play Chaos Trap Hole against them in the first place is because you're playing it in a deck that loses to Denko.
