Once per turn: You can target 1 monster in your Graveyard; this card's Level becomes the same as that target's, until the End Phase. I like it though, nice tuner for turbo syncro decks.  Litterally a Tragodia on steriods due to the revival and tuning.

how would quasar decks make this?
Maybe some synchron builds actually, but it's not meant to be used only there. It being a synchro tuner is just an extra as it can modify its level. But unlike Tragoedia, Catastrophe tributes which makes it an instant out to Apoqliphort Towers (if it tributes itself for the effect). It also makes it easier to take control of monsters since you can tribute from the field as well.
