You can target 1 Equip Spell Card or 1 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard: equip it to this card. If this card on the field is destroyed or banished: Special Summon 1 "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon" from your Extra Deck ignoring the Summoning conditions, and if you do, attach all cards that were equipped or attached to this card to that monster.

 

 This thing started as a pun and it turned out to be a fun card to make. The first idea I had was to make a downgraded Xyz Union version of Dark Rebellion, also it was going to be a Rank 4 monster (Rank 4 will control the world!!), but a Rank 3 version of the card would be more fitting for Yuto's Deck in the anime. Instead of a Union monster I came up with a Dark Rebellion Summoner that can make the big dragon go nuts with its effect activating multiple times, so I tried to make this card as good as a monster on board as a floater.

 I dont think the way it is written its a monstrosity that will flip the game upside down, even without restrictions, because its easy to counter it if you know that he exists. Its just a cool card with a whatever effect that can make some plays by itself.

It's quite an interesting card to say the least. However, its equipping effect is not restricted (which you mentioned) so you can equip 4-5 cards to it and Rebellion would have the 4-5 equipped cards and the 2 Materials on Armed when it is summoned that way, which means you can use it's effect 3 times, irl, and 6-7 in the anime.

But the unrestricted equip effect can also unintentionally help Dragunity's in some way or another with using their equip effects. You can also use the Dragunity Arma Leyvaten (?) to banish it, which will also trigger its effect. The only downside I can see now running it in Dragunity's is the fact that it requires level 3 monsters, which they only have 3 of (in the archetype).
