You can target 1 other card you control: Destroy it, then Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Scrap" monster from your Deck. This effect of "Scrap Wyvern" can only be activated once per turn. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a "Scrap" card and sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Scrap" monster in your Graveyard, except "Scrap Wyvern"; add that target to your hand.
