I care. Anyways. A few suggestions won't hurt, would they?

 

Assassin: It has a really strong effect followed by it's heavy attack. Consider rising it's level and putting some restriction or downsize to the effect, like preventing attacking Life Points or such (even if you rise the level).

 

Bright: OCG is wrong (the effect itself). Consider explaining it better. Which attacking monsters? Whoever attacked that card? And say that they can't attack, not that they're blinded. (What if they don't have any eyes in the first place?)

 

Chain: I don't get the effect. Ask around how to get it explained.

 

Commando: I think I understand the effect. Atk-Def = Damage to Life Points. Sounds fair enough. But consider making it level 5 or 6. It's attack of 2000 with no negative effects make it overpowered for a 4 levels monster.

 

Defence: The OCG, once again. It's got a heavy defence and a good effect. Not sure if it should be level 6 or 7 though.

 

Ghost: High attack with no negative effects. That makes it as easy to summon as the Blue Eyes White dragon, but with way more attack. Consider giving it conditions.

 

Shape Shifter: Although it might fit better a level 6, it's effect is quite good (not counting how it was written. It's a common problem with all your cards). Having all the advantages and disadvantages of all cards should give it enough strength and weaknesses.

 

Stealth: Sounds good, sounds good. For it's effect and high defense, though, you may want to increase the level or lower the defense to 2000 or below.
