TF2_The_Scout
All "Penguin" monsters you control gain 300 DEF. You can set 1 "Penguin" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. You can only use this effect of "Penguin Igloo Village" once per turn. Once per turn: You can flip 1 "Penguin" monster face-down. Any card returned to hand by a "Penguin" monster is shuffled into the deck instead. If you control another "Penguin" monster: This card cannot be destroyed by battle or be targeted by card effects. Once per turn: You can activate 1 of these effects.-Detach 1 Xyz material from this card; Special Summon 1 "Penguin Soldier" from your Graveyard face-down.-Detach 2 Xyz materials from this card; Special Summon 1 "Penguin Soldier" from your deck face-down. If this card is flipped by battle: Return 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field to hand, then Special Summon 1 "Penguin" monster in your Graveyard face-down, except "Penguin Ninja". Flip all "Penguin" monsters you control face-down. You cannot Normal Summon/Set the turn this card is activated.

Sir Yamiegg
Igloo Village's 2nd effect is unnecessary and conflicts with Nopenguin, which has a better effect. Just make it able to dump Nopenguin and you're done. I don't see why you'd run Cold Blizzard when there's a better-utility card in Book of Eclipse, which is a bad card that wouldn't be run anyway. Ninja and Noble are good cards, but why would you make Noble a Rank 2 when there's only 1 Level 2 Penguin, which this card searches anyway, and there are 3 Level 3 Penguins which can be Summoned more easily (looking at you, Nopenguin)?
