Pendulum Effect:

Once per turn, if the only monsters in your Graveyard are WATER monsters: You can target 1 card in either player’s Pendulum Zone; until the end of this turn, it Pendulum Scale becomes 8. All WATER monsters you control gain 300 ATK and DEF.

 

Monster Effect:

You can banish 2 WATER monsters from your Graveyard, including 1 Aqua, Fish or Sea Serpent-Type monster; Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only use this effect of “Megaclaw Pincer” once per turn. Once per turn: You can target 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard; banish that target, and if you do, this card gains 500 ATK until the end of this turn. If this card was Pendulum Summoned, it cannot be destroyed by card effects that do not target it.
