While this card is face-up, all Field Spell Cards in your opponent's hand, Deck or Graveyard are removed from play. During your Standby Phase, place 1 Clocktick Counter on this card. When this card has 20 Clocktick Counters on it, destroy this card. If this card was destroyed this way, you win the duel. If this card is destroyed by another card effect, inflict damage to the player who destroyed it equal to the number of Clocktick Counters on it x 300. When this card is removed from the field, remove from play this card and all cards with the same name from your hand or Deck.

Very nice card. I myself recently created a card set that lets you win the duel, so I am partial to this kind of thing being really good ;)
