Send monsters from your Deck that are listed as fusion material for that card from your Deck to your Graveyard. Special Summon that target from your Extra Deck, ignoring the summoning conditions. This counts as a Fusion Summon. You can only activate 1 Neo-Fusion per turn. Dat OCG...CnC would be lovely. For those oblivious, I was trying to make a FuFu for Neo-Spacians.
