If you only have Machine-Type monster(s) (in your hand), you can Special Summon 1 "Cyber Dragon" (from your Graveyard) by banishing this card on your field. Delibirb Posted August 7, 2015 Report Share Posted August 7, 2015 Some OCG fixes: Cannot declare an attack, except by revealing 1 "Cyber" monster in your hand. You can reveal your hand: if all monsters in your hand are Machine-Type (if any), banish this card you control; Special Summon 1 "Cyber Dragon" from your Graveyard. Your opponent takes no battle damage from battles involving this card. Seems ok, but not really what Cybers want or are looking for. The ATK is nice to run over big-ish things, but not being able to do damage is unhelpful in a struggling deck already (well, struggling outside of Infinity plays).
