deathdragonv2
This is a pretty neat card. I like Zombie support because I feel like really, they have had their day and have not really been handed very many archetypes at all. Anyway, lets look at your card: The wind attribute means its really not going to be an abusable card since most zombie targets are Dark so I'm guessing target number 1 is it's self and trying to create a recycling chain of some sort? It's summoning requirements seem fine so it can't just be thrown into most decks. Its Def stat could be 0 with it being a zombie but that's just me, 1600 just seems a little weak for a level 8 but most of the time def does seem a little neglected. It's effect is strong, Special Summoning itself from grave for no cost at all is very good and the added worry of actually getting over it without effects can be daunting. The second effect is okay but I'm not sure how useful it would be in practice. I think I would bump its attack to 2550 as well, there are a lot of relevent 2400 and 2500 atk and def monsters that are easy to summon, this just helps to break them and make it a real problem using its own effect. Hope I helped Necro Nephthys Attribute: WIND Level: ******** (8) Type: Zombie/Synchro/Effect ATK: 2550 DEF: 0 Text: 1 Zombie-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters During your next Standby Phase after this card was destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. Understandable and the recycle WIND Zombie effect was meant to relate to a theme I made prior, but I can get rid of it. And should it be 2450? deathdragonv2
Ah okay, sorry I didn't know it was supposed to work with some older cards that you have made. I think 2550 really should be fine with it having if you are getting rid of its extra effect. I think 2450 is certainly better than 2400, just being able to get over a couple of extra threats is really helpful.

deathdragonv2
Majestic goddess of blazing fire, embrace now the touch of decay and spread forth ruin across the winds! Take your place among the ranks of the unliving and undying in your ashen form! Synchro Summon! The fallen phoenix queen! Necro Nephthys! hmmm well I have never actually critiqued a summon chant before, I haven't really kept up with the anime in years so Im not what they are supposed to be like. Based on what I have read on the Wiki page - this is pretty good. It's very overdramatic but they all seem to be, I guess that's half the fun? The imagery it creates is nice and more complex then most of the anime ones.
