Madoka Magica is a close second.Manga - Rosario VampireGame - Tie between Hyperdimension Neptunia, Kantai Collection, and Pokemon ORAS Avi is the main female characters Moka ( Pink hair ), Kurumu ( Blue hair ), Mizore ( Purple hair ), and Yukari ( Witch hat ) arguing over the male protaganist, Tsukune. They're from the manga Rosario Vampire. Avoid the anime. Its garbage, and replaces the plot, action, and character development with excess fanservice, and ends differently. Also worth mention Tsukune is the only human in the picture. Moka's a vampire, Mizore is a Yuki-Onna ( Creature from Japanese mythology ), Kurumu is a succubus, and Yukari is a witch.
