Kind of a new concept I came up with while developing some of my V-Nummers

 

The Card : 

 

V-Upgrade Factory SPELL/NORMAL

Tribute 1 "V-" monster you control except "V-ONE".If you do,Special Summon a "VV-" monster that name includes a multiplier of the tributed monster's name.

 

Concept : 

Let's say that we have a "V-FIVE" on the field,We can tribute it,and if we do,we can special summon either : VV-FIFTEEN or VV-Twenty

 

Let's say that we have an ONE on the field,we can special summon ANY VV-Monster which would allow some kind of "Summon Farming"AKA summoning up to three monsters with powerful effects.If,say,you have 3 ONE on the field due to recycling from the Graveyard.
