You can Normal Summon (but not Set) Lvl 7 and 8 Normal monsters with 2500 or less ATK with 1 less Tribute. 

 

Continuous Spell

You can Set Lvl 5 and 6 Normal monsters with 1500 or less ATK without Tributing.

 

Spell

Pay 500 LP to activate this card. You can Normal Summon Lvl 7 or higher Normal monsters this turn without Tributing. You cannot Special Summon the turn you activate this card.

Add 1 "Nova" Spell or Trap card from your Deck to your hand.

 

Quick-Play Spell

When you Normal Summon a Lvl 5 or higher Normal monster, draw 2 cards, then send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard.

 

Continuous Spell

All Lvl 5, 6 or 7 Normal monsters you control gain 500 ATK. When a Normal monster you control is sent to the Graveyard, gain 500 LP.
