Effect:

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.

Each time your opponent adds a card to their hand except by drawing them, inflict 600 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, during either players turn, you can destroy 1 other "Yang Zing" monster you control, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; it loses ATK and DEF equal to the destroyed monsters ATK (DEF if higher). When this card is destroyed by battle or an opponents card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can destroy all monsters your opponent controls, also inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of each of the destroyed monsters ATK. You can only activate this effect of "Rauxe, Ravager of the Yang Zing" once per turn.

 

Gives Yang Zing a bit of an otk ability kind of like construct for Shaddolls having high attack and can virtually get over anything if you use it in Yang Zing, however i do think this would be a staple in generic synchro decks because imo synchros need a boost in general in this is the way to do it.
