I got bored after a DnD session where the DM drew from a Monster Mash Normal Monster deck to generate random encounters and remembered dice-rolls for D6 was a thing here, but not D20. One trip through Google Images later... viola!

The basic premise is... Roll a D20 for the effect, if you get a 1, something bad happens, 2-19 something based 100x that number happens, and on 20 something amazing happens.

 

Critical miss, standard roll, and Critical Hits.

Monster

WIND | Level 3 | Warrior / Pendulum / Effect

1000/2400

Once per turn: you can roll a 20-sided die; apply the following effect, based on the result:
• 1: Reveal your hand, your opponent selects 1 card in your hand and sends it to the Graveyard.
• 2-19: Target 1 monster on the field; it gains ATK and DEF equal to 100x the result.
• 20: Your opponent reveals their hand, select and banish 1 card from their hand.

 

Pendulum

Scale 6/6
"VientiForce" monsters can activate their effects up to twice per turn.

WIND | Level 5 | Warrior / Pendulum / Effect
2100/1400

Once per turn: you can roll a 20-sided die; apply the following effect, based on the result:
• 1: Banish this card and, if you do, destroy 1 other card you control.
• 2-19: Your opponent takes damage equal to 100x the result.
• 20: Target up to 3 cards on the field; destroy those targets.
 
Pendulum
Scale 2/2
Once per turn, when a player rolls a 20-sided die (or dice): you can have the player(s) re-roll.

WIND | Level 3 | Spellcaster / Pendulum / Effect
400/400

Once per turn: you can roll a 20-sided die; apply the following effect, based on the result:
• 1:  You take 800 damage, and if you do, banish this card.
• 2-19: You LP equal to 100x the result.
• 20: Destroy 1 monster on the field, then gain LP equal to the destroyed monster's total original ATK and DEF
 
Pendulum
Scale 4/4

Once per turn, during either player's turn: you can target 1 face-up "VientiForce" monster you control and roll a 20-sided die; that target gains ATK equal to 100x the result until the End Phase, but cannot declare an attack during the Battle Phase of your next turn.

Alright, I like the concept of the DnD you got going here. The Critical hits and misses are a nice touch, and the effects complement the theme of the cards. There is just one question I have. Does replay occur when you activate Ventiforce-Medic's effect on your opponent's turn?

 

The replay mechanic will not go off, since the available targets for attack are not changed, only powered-up.
