Balanced? Almost. Switch the 2 cards and the 3 cards; generally, destroying cards on the field is better than removing monsters from the grave. Excellent OCG. I'm not sure if the 5 card ability is overpowered...I think it is, though. Maybe make it destroy one face-up Attack Position monster and one random card from your opponent's hand?

 

But...wow. One of the best cards that I've seen. Art is incredible, too.

i think th eieffects need to be balances so

1 card remove a card in the grave from play

2 destroy a spell or trap

3 destroy a monster

 

but thats just me im a virgo thus too orderly with things, so screw my above comment and accept a +rep and a 10/10
