This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn it is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. Each Standby Phase this card is on the field, you can destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. If there is no monster on your opponent's side of the field during your Standby Phase, this card is removed from play. When a monster s summoned to your opponents sideof the field, you can Special Summon this card from the removed from play pile.

the effect seems a bit contradictory to the spirit card, sence you cant summon before the standby phase and spirits are gone before the next turn, it just seems a bit contradictory, however i do see its uses but should it really be a 2 sak? its only going to really take effect if your opponent has no monsters. i would say make its effect once per turn lower its stars to AT MOST a one sak, and keep the last effect it should be fine from there. 7.5/10
