Malacoda-Eviltail
Made just in time for good ol' Halloween and the spookiest month of the year - the Frightcrow (or Akukakashi - "Evil Scarecrow") are EARTH Fiends who work to bring their boss Synchros via ways of Special Summoning from the Grave, even rising out to scare any Spell/Trap Cards from activating and keep your opponent from Special Summoning. As such, cards as Friend Griefing and Tour Bus to Forbidden Realms are welcome support for this theme. A note on the names though - while easily Samhain is the ancient Gaelic festival that would become Halloween for us, the names of the Main Deck monsters actually come from the alternative names used through out part of the United Kingdom (ex. Tatie Bogle - Scotland and Murmet - Devon). As such, any thoughts, critcisms and such are welcomed. NobodySovereign
Even without your avatar, I'd swear just from the engine of these little guys you're a Burning Abyss player. I find it a bit confusing how "Samhain" works out its effect, but that's just me. "Des Samhain" seems really powerful... Grave lockdown, Grave ATK boosting, AND it blows up a monster when you Summon it (since Synchro is a Special Summon). "Festival" seems overpowered, too: it's always a +1 since you're pulling a "Frightcrow" card to hand no matter what, but all of the Frightcrow Special Summon another one from the Graveyard... "Scythe" is also super powerful, especially when equipped to a properly fed "Des Samhain". Overall, not too bad compared to some other stuff (COUGHCOUGHqliCOUGHCOUGH). I like the naming convention; I learned a little something just from reading the cards.

And to note, the last effect for Samhain is meant to be close to that PSY-Framelord Zeta.
NobodySovereign
For "Scythe", I think it may be as simple as removing the option to attack twice with it. Using "Des Samhain" as an example again, if you get that guy out second or third turn, you're looking at possibly attacking twice with a 3700+ ATK (assuming, of course, that you don't just straight up wipe out their only monster with his on-summon effect)... Speaking of, I haven't had a look at the PSY-Frames (I usually just stick to archetypes I enjoy the look and lore for), but broken is broken, and "Des Samhain" enters the field with at least 2700 ATK and your opponent can't Necro Gardna if you happen to wipe out their field, or come back from the loss at all if their playing a deck that relies on their Graveyard (like Burning Abyss)... I don't know. I'm not a fan of the whole "No Graveyard" style of effects. As far as "Festival" goes, I'd say perhaps instead of adding them straight to your hand, you could perhaps make it add them from Graveyard to Deck and Shuffle? That way you don't deck yourself out so quickly? I'm not sure... I'm not one of the people who knows how to fix cards, these are just my opinions.
