This is the fourth serious card i have made. i hope you like it.

THE EFFECT: This card can only be summoned by tributing 2 or more Water Attribute monsters on your side of the field.Once per turn, during your first standby phase, select a card type: Monster, Trap, or Spell. Your opponent then draws 1 card from their deck. If you called it correctly, send the card to the graveyard. In addition, this card gains 1000 ATK until the end of your turn. If you call it wrong, the card is added to your opponent's hand.

Well, here's my breakdown of the card:

First, tributing two WATER monsters. This means that it's not splashable at all. It gets a boost from Treeborn Frog being WATER, though, which means that it isn't hard to summon if you run that with other WATER monsters.

After you summon it, it's just a 2000 ATK beatstick for your turn AND your opponent's turn. 2000 ATK isn't very much, and the average lifespan of monsters is about a turn, so there's a good chance that its effect will never activate. And at only 2000 ATK, you may as well have tributed that Treeborn Frog for something like Mobius instead (and Mobius isn't even that good).

And once its effect does activate, what happens? Let's assume, for argument's sake, that you have a 50-50 chance of being able to guess correctly. Half the time, you give your opponent a free draw, thereby -1'ing yourself. The other half of the time, you give your opponent free mill (and mill is good; that's why Card Trooper is so much better than cards like Cyber Phoenix), and in exchange you get...1000 ATK? For one turn? Wouldn't Tribute Summoning a Blue-Eyes White Dragon have been easier?
