Atypical-Abbie
A generic Pendulum Monster can banish stuff and inflict damage and acts as a Scale 1. Pendulum Effect:You must control no monsters to activate this card. If you control a monster, this card’s Pendulum Scale becomes 4. Monster Effect:Must first be Pendulum Summoned. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can target 1 card your opponent controls; banish it, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. xbon
The monster effect is strong; though it first needs to be pendulum summoned it's still an incredibly powerful; possibly too powerful beater for such an easy summoning requirement. (that is, in my opinion. tons of cards coming out nowadays with high power levels)
