Pendulum Effect:You can discard 1 Pendulum Monster; add 1 Pendulum Monster with the same Level as the discarded monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Mistico, the Aqua Queen" once per turn. Monster Effect:Your opponent cannot target other monsters for attacks, except "Mistico, the Aqua Queen".
