When this card is Tribute Summoned: You can send 1 "Monarch" monster from your Deck to your Graveyard, then this card gains the same effect of that monster. The effect is immediately applied. ~~~~ Posted November 17, 2015 Report Share Posted November 17, 2015 I really like the idea, and this card clearly gives a massive consistency boost to any Monarch deck. However, because it can replace any other Monarch, this card seems as if it would be a more powerful card than any other Mega Monarch, because of the versatility that this card supplies. Obviously, you still need to be using the other Mega Monarchs, but this card still seems like it would be over-centralising in a Monarch deck, pushing the other Megas to second rank, which while there is nothing wrong with that, I'm not a fan of the idea. I suggest adding a small disadvantage to using this card over the real Monarch that it is "mirroring", just something small, but I can't think what at the moment.
