If you control no monsters: You can discard 1 Spell/Trap Card; Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard, but banish it when it leaves the field. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for the Synchro Summon of a WIND monster: You can add 1 WIND Tuner monster from your Deck to your hand, except “Katai, the Winged Leo”, then banish this card from your Graveyard.
