Neonyle
Effect: 1 'Lightsworn' Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner LIGHT monstersWhen this card is synchro summon your opponent can not activate any spell/trap cards until the end of the turn. This card can not be targeted by card effects. When this card destroys a monster, inflict piercing damage to your opponent. When this card leaves the field; Special summon 1 LIGHT monster (Except this card) from your hand or graveyard. End Phases: Send the top 4 cards of your deck to the graveyard Image found in google. TF2_The_Scout
OCG When this card destroys a monster by battle, it may attack a second time. If this card is destroyed by battle: You can Special Summon 1 "Lightsworn" monster. During your End Phase: Send the top 4 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. First, where does this summon the Lightsworn from? You can't just say to summon a monster without saying where from. If you don't, it implies that the Lightsworn comes out of nowhere. Also, you don't have to say "onto the field". The field is the only place a monster can be summoned. The ability to attack multiple times is meh, but what would really make it nice is if it could also inflict piercing damage. That would make it slightly better. Other than that, it's not really worth going into. It has to be destroyed by battle to get its effect, so it's easy to get around just with effect removal. Heck, you can just use Bottomless Trap Hole to counter it as soon as it's summoned. Funny enough, this "Champion" can't do much better than Michael can. TF2_The_Scout
Okay, now we're cooking. The first effect is good for control, though it won't go off if the summon is negated nor will the special summoning effect, however I'm concerned about being able to summon any Light monster from anywhere. It could be teched in Kozmo to bring out any of the pilots or the Light spaceships after destroying it with Dark Destroyer, making it slightly OP in Kozmo. If you wanted to, you could Compulse the thing during your battle phase to get the effect off. Perhaps you should make it require a Lightsworn tuner to prevent it from fueling the most powerful OTK at the moment, or at least take "Deck" out of where you can summon this from. Also, the cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects part seems a little too extreme for a low summoning cost. Perhaps one or the other would do. AznBlade
If this card exists for real then I guess evey1 will play Lightsworn :) 1 of the basic ways to summon this card is: start with Raiden, mill 2 cards; if 1 of them is a Wulf or Performage Trick Clown, you can summon this guy. (looks ok for me) 1st effect: When this card is synch-summoned, your opponent cannot activate spell/trap cards until the end of the turn. (this actually helped the entire Lightsworn engine xD), if i understand well, you summon Arthur 1st, then you can spam 2-3 Judgment Dragon to otk. (looks a little bit strong for me) 2nd effect: Cannot be targeted (definitely I think this part should be removed, since he has other powerful effects too, not a way to make this card balance) 3rd effect: Inflict piercing damage (sounds good to me) 4th effect: Sp a LIGHT monster from the grave/hand when leaves the field (definitely no plz lol, no one want to see Judgment Dragon, after destroying this card) Last effect: Mill 4 cards (this one is good) **Feedback: To make this card balance, I suggest to keep the 3rd and the last effect, also the 4th effect too, but instead of a LIGHT monster i'd change it to "a Lightsworn" monster to reduce the possibilities.
