This monster can only be Special Summoned (From your hand) by banishing 1 or more "Upstart Goblin" from your Deck, Hand or Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned, draw 1 card for each "Upstart Goblin" banished. While this card is under the control of the original owner, you cannot Special Summon monsters. After your Special Summon this card, you cannot add cards from your Deck to your Hand (Except during your Draw Phases). This effect vanishes after your 2th Standby Phase.
