When the equipped monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard; destroy all monsters your opponent controls, and if you do, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each monster destroyed. Any monster that needs to destroy another in battle or inflict damage by battle gains a lot of help through this card and you get a bonus Raigeki with burn for doing so? Pretty neat. It feels overpowered on paper, but probably not so much in practice since equip spells are mostly unsearchable bar Power Tool Dragon or Hidden Armory, the latter of which requires you to give up your normal summon.
