Fukato
Effect: All effect damage you take becomes 0. Once per turn, during the turn player's Draw Phase, if that player drew a monster: That player can reveal it, then draw 1 card. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Each player gain LP until they have 8000 LP. You can only use this effect of "New Year Festival" once per Duel. A generic Field Spell that basically supports both player to some extent with draw power, and if it is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, all players gain LP until they have 8000. Simple, but might need to be reworded or reworked. Give some CnC!
Hello my name is Enguin
What the hell kind of... it's a searchable Heart of the Underdog that applies to any kind of monster drawn and when it's destroyed it resets both players life points. Pendulum decks can just throw this in and draw through everything. Anti-burn effect is alright but irrelevant when the other 2 effects are so much stronger comparatively. It'd be fairer and better to have it just nullify effect damage completely and limit the amount of draws you can get from it to 2/3 or something. As is that effect is incredibly strong, but the offshoot is it can completely destroy you before you get the chance to even utilise it by letting your opponent keep on free drawing. I don't want to say that this in itself balances it, more that it makes it a risk/reward card that will probably decide the game, and that's not a good feature. Arimetal
Add a opt to the draw effect. Also make the kuriboh effect work for both players and give it a cost.
