You can equip Equip Spells to monsters on the field ignoring their Equipping conditions. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can Set 1 Equip Spell directly from either player's Graveyard to your side of the field.

I wanted to give some Equip Spells like "Magical Labyrinth", "Trial of the Princesses", "Amplifier", and all those specific Elemental Hero Equip Spells a chance to be circulated more (for more of us adventurous duelist out there that try distinctive things). Though with this in mind I also want to prevent it from being catastrophically 0P: so I gave her a typing that isn't very searchable or exploitable. The effect that gives you an Equip Spell from the Graveyard upon battle damage is more of an incentive to use her because she is also pretty gimmicky.

 

Fun little fact: You can tribute your opponent's monsters equipped with "Magical Labyrinth" to Special Summon "Wall Shadow" while this card is out.
