Target 1 Gemini monster you control to activate this card; Destroy the targeted monster and banish 1 monster on the field. Once while this card is in the graveyard, you can banish it to select 1 Normal monster you control; Normal Summon that card.

Well the thing is Gemini's already have Gemini Spark... Being a trap card vs a quick play makes this thing have to really fight hard some recognition... However, this thing does a little extra for them unlike Gemini Spark and it is a non- targetting banish effect (someone is going to bring that to question sooner or later)... But if one were to use both this and Spark, it pushes Gemini's to being an almost unrecyclable tribute fodder deck (kinda like Magispecters, but weaker and not as fast)...This won't help solve the actual problem that Gemini's are currently suffering: many of them are outdated to the extent that only a few are notable, (e.g. Giga Plant, Evocator, and that one Red-Eyes, I guess... All the others people pretty much have been disregarding or finding no real use for) and the general mechanic of them is too slow for today's game. If you played many of

 

So I think the real approach to helping Gemini is either introducing more options of better Gemini monsters and making cards that improve their overall speed... Something like a spell that provides immediate additional normal summons yet makes up for card advantage or doesn't deduct in card advantage... Or something that Special Summons Gemini monsters from Deck... With a few given drawbacks of course.

 

But, if this trap was the only option given to us in terms of support... I'd say there are some uses to it. There is a burgesstoma that can dump this trap in the grave if you desperately need the Normal Summon eff for a Gemini. And like Gemini Spark it fuels the grave and potentially stops pivotal plays your opponent might be pulling...

Yeah, that's the main reason I said if this would be useful... I know gemini is getting pretty useless when compared to a whole lot of decks, but hey, I personally can't really make any good gemini cards... I feel like I've got to make a whole lot of useful effects and synergies between them, which I am not the most qualified person to say I would do it, I normally am unable to do amazing synergies and whatever else, that's why I made a trap... But oh well, someone will do a gemini custom deck someday, we just gotta wait.
