Those who's ATk was reduced by this effect can attack your opponent directly. Their ATK is changed to normal during your opponent's main phase. Hello my name is Enguin Posted January 17, 2016 Report Share Posted January 17, 2016 Don't know why it's continuous when it has a limited application and then does nothing, should be a normal spell. Turning everything into Watts is an interesting thing, could maybe be used by Kozmos to get Farmgirl through, or to go ever so slightly further back Dark Scorpions get a way to work. I feel like there's a card that does a similar thing already but I may be imagining it just because it's such a simple effect. Interesting thing overall.
