Atypical-Abbie
A card that prevents your opponent from activating cards when you Summon monsters, as well as preventing Counter Trap Cards from being activated whenever you activate cards and effects. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Tributing 2 monsters. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects when you Normal or Special Summon a monster(s), also they cannot activate Counter Trap Cards when you activate a Spell/Trap Card or monster effect, During either player's turn: You can discard 1 card, then target up to 2 Set Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls; destroy those targets. You can only use this effect of "Scorching Flamestone" once per turn.

Guest BGMCANN0N
When I think of this card... I see a few decks that might appreciate this guy: specifically ones that prefer their cards being tributed such as Hieratics, and to a lesser extent Qliphort ( you might end up using different Pendulum Scales with them just to get this guy out via tribute effect), as they can replace their resources into your favor. Also, it's Fire/ Rock typing is somewhat amazing in terms of novelty potential some Fire-Attribute based decks as you can dump this guy with Foolish Burial/ Fire King Avatar Kirin / Rock Bombardment and Set-up a nasty play with Circle of the Fire Kings / Soul Charge to Summon this guy and have your plays be protected from Counter Traps such as Ultimate Providence (given they don't have Spells or Ariande to ruin the day), and Solemn Strike. I have to say I like something that could make Counter Fairies/ Ariande-Luster Gangbang cry. Another bonus: being a Level 8 he is pitchable with Trade-In.
