·Toot
Eh... Bored Spell F!![Field Spell]While this card is face-up, neither player can activate or set other Field Spells. During each player's Standby Phase, place one F Counter on this card. All face-up monsters lose 100 ATK for each F Counter on this card.Once per turn, you can discard 1 card; place 1 F Counter on this card. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 2 F Counters from it instead. If this card has 2 or more F Counters on it, you can destroy this card; add 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand (except Bored Spell F!!).If this card has 3 or more F Counters on it, neither player can Pendulum Summon. If this card has 4 or more F Counters on it, cards in the Pendulum Zones are negated. You can only activate 1 "Bored Spell F!!" per turn. CnC i guess...
Guest BGMCANN0N
So I take this card is a motif for how you are/were feeling? Well... I guess I will join you on that same feeling and review this card. (Just kidding about mutual boredom) So it is a potential floodgate Field Spell that takes up time/resources to get its effect to punish Pendulum decks... I'll be honest despite being Field Spell where Terraforming is a thing: this card is a bit too slow to actually hurt Pendulums and would require some extra resources to finally get the floodgate effect. But, if one were to actually use this to try and get that floodgate effect they are going to need a few things:Cards that replace themselves and/or benefit from being discarded or sent to the Graveyard.Backrow that will kill or slow down Pendulum monsters.Luck/ Prayers that your opponent doesn't have Twin Twister to lower the F Counters on this card and pop your backrows. With all that in mind 1 might as well make a Deck around it. At the very least, I guess you could use this cards "2 or more" effect if your opponent isn't using a Deck that relies on Pendulums
