Both players discard cards from their hand until they only have 1 card, then each player sends cards they control to the Graveyard until they only control 1 monster, also, after that, it becomes the Battle Phase. Both the remaining monsters switch to face-up Attack Position and must battle, if able. During the Damage Step only, both players reveal the card in their hand; each monster gains ATK equal to the ATK of the revealed card of their respective players. (If any of the revealed card(s) is a Spell/Trap Card, the ATK gain becomes 1000.) After this battle, it immediately becomes you End Phase, also your opponent draws cards up to the number of cards they discarded by this effect.

This is not advisable design, it's Last Turn without the win-con. I mean really all you need to do is look at Last Turn and apply the same criticisms to what this does. I can appreciate the idea but it's totally ridiculous, it turns the game into top-deck fest 2k16 and whoever activates this is going to be the one to win the battle unless they're an idiot.

It's just an idea that can't work because it essentially resets the field, S/T negation is relatively limited so there's not a lot of ways to stop this going through but that's a separate point. I mean it just obliderates both fields for no cost whatsoever and fucks thing up even moreso than Last Turn arguably, because at least that ends the game rather than having both players trying to compete with 1 card apiece and the whole thing slowing to a crawl.

So overall it's just a thing that I can't understand why you'd think would be ok. It's faster than Last Turn and has no activation requirements like Last Turn does, and it has more or less the same effect of a card that has been banned, with good reason, for almost 10 years.

I've actually never heard of Last Turn, so I didn't know a card like this already existed and was banned. After reading it over, I guess this is OP. What if instead of sending all cards to the graveyard, it just sent all monsters on the field or allowed your opponent to draw cards for each card they discarded?

Edit: Ok, I added in a last line to it. It immediately becomes your end phase after the battle, then your opponent draws cards up to the amount they discarded.
