Pal, this simply will not do. The draw effect really should not be a thing, it pays for itself and your opponent's plus is nullified by the fact that you get 2 monsters and a draw. It's a +2 on summon, that is not a good basis. It has no restrictions on its own self-summon, whereas something like Dynatherium has a heavy penalty. I mean yes it itself cannot be used to synch with them, but everything else can.

 

There exists, to my knowledge, only one card like this, and that is Ra's Disciple. A card solely for summoning the gods that disallows you using them for any other kind of summon. This can, among other things, grab Plageuspreader in general Zombie decks, enable random shenaniganry with Last Strix in RR, set up for any 2-mat rank 1 or 2 at no cost. There's no hard OPT on it either. 

 

I mean, it's not a good idea to give free monsters out, especially without any restriction on them. I mean fucking hell, it gives Night's End Sorcerer a use at long last, searches Falco and Hedgehog, actually come to think of it this in Shaddolls would be incredibly useful. Monarchs get treble tribute fodder, one of which can be Eidos.

 

The more I think about this the more potentially stupid it is, I can't think what you'd be able do without changing the card completely. I've not even looked into level 1s and skimming level 2s and there are already a myriad of things it enables for free and with no hard OPT you can stack copies, with the slight caveat that you need to get the initial of the field but Xyz/tributing/anything. I don't think I'm overestimating the power this would have or the craziness it'd enable, but maybe I am.
