Officer monsters (for lack of a better name)

So, I've seen people posting cards on experimental that are a mix between 2 pre-existing summoning methods, so i might as well show off one that i have made. Note, this is my first topic post on YCM, and it would be very nice to get some sort of feedback on my cards, as well as if im doing anything wrong, or something could be done better, it would be appreciated.

So, the cards are Officer cards, for lack of a better name, like most cards they exist in the main deck, the only difference between them and a normal effect monster is that they need a spell listed in there effect to be summoned, and have an orange color to them, and like most cards, they have levels and the normal types and attributes.

Summoning:

Like ritual monsters, they need a particular spell card for there summon, and need monsters listed on that card as a tribute for that monster, normally the cards would need to be banished for the Officer's summon, that can always change. Unlike ritual monsters, there summoning cards can also summon them from the graveyard, reviving them later in the duel.

sense i'm done talking about the summoning, here are some cards to give you an example of what they are

Monsters, followed by there corresponding spells:

N'ther-world Leader

lvl 4, EARTH Fairy-type / Officer monster

ATK: ? DEF: 0

Effect: This monster can only be Officer Summoned with ether the Spell Card, "Rising to Power" OR "Last Generation". When this card is summoned: banish the top 5 cards of your deck. This card gains ATK equal to the total number of banished cards x100.  This card gains the corresponding effect depending on what card was used to summon this card:

*"Rising to Power": up to thrice per turn, you can shuffle the top 10 cards of your graveyard into your deck.

*"Last Generation": if this card would be destroyed, banish the top card of your deck instead (monster effects are not activated at this time).

Rising to Power:
Normal spell card

Effect: This card is used to Officer Summon "N'ther-world Leader", you must also banish 1 level 3 monster you control, then place this card underneath that card.

Last Generation:
Normal spell card

Effect: This card is used to Officer Summon "N'ther-world Leader", you must also banish 1 level 3 monster you control, as well as monsters in your hand whose total levels equal twelve, if you cannot, banish cards from the top of your deck until the total level of all banished monsters is twelve, then banish the top 10 cards of your deck, then place this card underneath that card.

Day Dreamer Hansle:
lvl 7, LIGHT Warrior-type / Officer monster
ATK: 2500 DEF: 1600

Effect: (This card is also treated as a "Sleap Walker" monster)
This monster can only be Officer Summoned with ether the Spell Card, "Sleap Walker's Alarm". once per turn, you can send one monster that was banished for this card's summon to the graveyard, then target 1 card on the field: set it

Day Dreamer Grrettle:
lvl 7, LIGHT Spellcaster-type / Officer monster

Effect: (This card is also treated as a "Sleap Walker" monster)
This monster can only be Officer Summoned with ether the Spell Card, "Sleap Walker's Alarm". Once per turn, during ether players turn, you can send one monster that was banished for this card's summon to the graveyard: activate 1 quick-play spell card from your hand,

Sleap Walker's Alarm
Quick-play Spell card: This card is used to Officer Summon "Day Dreamer Hansle" or "Day Dreamer Grrettle" , you must also banish face up "Walker" monsters you control whose total levels equal 7 or higher. Monsters banished this way cannot leave the banish zone, except by a monster effect.

So, that's all the Officer cards i've made so far, hopefully i can get some suggestions on how to make them better, hopefully i've explained the summon well enough to be understood

They seem interesting, sort of like Ritual with some Xyz thrown in.

Slight problem with N'ther-world leader, if he gains ATK equal to the total number of banished cards, Then he would have VERY small ATK, 1 ATK per banished card Menas he literally cannot get above 119 ATK, and that's when both players have the max deck limit and all cards but him are banished. He would normally have about 20-30 ATK, which cannot kill anything but cards with 0.
