During either player's turn: you can halve the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls. When a "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" is removed from the field, you can Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your graveyard. When your opponent activates a card or effect, you can shout "AS PRESIDENT OF KAIBACORP I DECLARE THIS INVALID", and if you do, negate the card or effect. During either player's turn: you can normal summon 1 "Vorse Raider" in addition to your normal summon or set. You can activate trap cards the turn they are set. During either player's turn: you can discard 2 cards from your opponent's hand. If your opponent would surrender or leave the duel, you can Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from anywhere and conduct your battle phase immediately and attack them directly.
