Death Grip

[ Spell / Continuous ]

When this card is activated:  Banish all cards from your Graveyard; Target 1 Spell/Trap card your opponent controls:  As long as "Death Grip" remains on the field, you gain control of that card and can activate it as if it were your own.  Your opponent cannot chain effects to the activation of Spell/Traps on the field (including Death Grip).

Make sure to add the clause (min 1/?) to the banished graveyard cost. What's the ruling on pendulum cards? Basically turns all non-monster cards to spell speed 3 for your opponent, which is nice. I feel like a continuous trap would make it better maybe? Not sure tbh
