Any monster sent from the field to the Graveyard is banished instead. If monster cards you control would be destroyed by an opponent's card effect: You can detach 1 material from this card; Negate that effect and destroy the card, then destroy monsters your opponent controls, up to the monsters you control that would have been destroyed. You can only use this effect of "Worldbending Magician" once per turn. During your Draw Phase, instead of drawing; You can add 1 random card in your opponent's hand to your hand.

This card is actually pretty balanced. There isn't a lot of generic destruction cards so having this would be a good counter to decks but I've got one question what deck can bring this guy out

If I remember correctly, Gagaga can make 5+ rank XYZs and are Spellcasters. Looking up level 6 Spellcasters, the old counter magicians have level 6 members that can make this. Rank-Up-Magics can bring this out.

I was thinking more along the lines of Meta decks or decks close to meta. Gagaga's don't see a lot of competitive play, neither do Spell Counter decks. And which Rank-Up Magics bring this out because it's not a Cxyz or Number C, so that becomes very limiting and as for Astral Force I believe you only have Trapeze Magician as a viable target. Finally any other RUMs are probably gonna be raid raptor stuff which the have immediate better options
