Cherz
Gnasty Gnat is kinda like Naturia support, but indirect Nat support. It works well with Sacred Tree. However, while designing it, I also noticed that it can really help monarchs too, since its free fodder/attack removal. Anyways, it can't make any Naturia synchros, and it isn't good tribute fodder for them, but it is a form of protection for bamboo shoot, or a searcher for the deck. It is also a good insect to summon with Sacred Tree, or really good fodder for it. Alternatively, it is good tribute fodder in Monarchs if they ditch one of their continous traps. So, CnC? dustdevil9
This in Trap Monster decks to help create xyz fodder, or Meshing it with anything that uses Fiendish Chain or CotH (or any Trap with similar effects) so it's pretty splashable
Guest BGMCANN0N
It actually can't be used for fodder or be Special Summoned by Sacred Tree because it is not an EARTH Insect-Type. While I do prefer the WIND Insect-Typing as it could be use for WIND Xyz plays (Lightning Chidori), and it offers more interesting flavor to our card pool: its unrelated Attribute essentially stops it from further being used for Naturia shenanigans. So it is either make him EARTH and let him support Naturia's significantly, or keep his current Attribute and only use him to pop Naturia Tree when playing Naturia's. Mind you there is a better option to pop Naturia Tree in that regard as you get +1 from doing so: Beetron As for other uses outside of Naturia with his current typing, you can get him out by popping dead Fiendish Chains and Call of the Haunted's... Or killing your opponent's monsters with the effect of Safe Zone. His attack decreasing effect is a bit on the weak side, but it has its uses: Ragnazero . However, because of the destruction prevention effect on turn it is Special Summoned, you have to wait next turn for you Ragna to get the free draw which is mildly annoying. I almost feel like that destruction protection isn't needed, but perhaps you could justify why you feel it is needed. In all, this effect is okay, but I feel this guy lacks a definitive spot for Decks (with current typing) as he doesn't offer much incentive to use him.
