It destroys everything at the same time, so Jackpot 7 in the Deck, hand, and field will be destroyed, and therefore sent to Grave (Jackpot 7 will never be in the Grave or banished since a smart person would never destroy or banish his Jackpot 7; the opponent is meant to to that).This card's effect will already have resolved, and a new chain link involving Jackpot 7 would activate winning them the game.

 

Last line doesn't matter as this effect isn't being negated or chained to. It's in a NEW CHAIN after this card resolves and destroys Jackpot 7.

 

Oh, and cards in the banished zone that are destroyed....nothing happens.
