Kirika Akatsuki
[spoiler=Previous Version]Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated while you control a DARK monster: You can banish 1 DARK monster you control; Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, negate the activation, and if you destroy that card. You can only use this effect of "Mechanical Idol" once per turn.
Big Lez
This is pretty damn powerful if you ask me. I mean, you can only get rid of it by sending it back to the hand or deck. i guess banishing would work too, not so sure how that goes down exactly. But sending it back to the hand would just make it's effect come back. + there are a bunch of cards that could send this card back to your hand, (not so good with all the names but you know it) + it's a tuner so its gonna be even better. As soon as your opponent activates any effect while you control a DARK monster you pretty much get a free pass to synchro summon the next turn, yet since the game has evolved into something where you can just summon 20 Level 12 monsters per turn, this card is definetely fair, would probably be limited to 1 per deck but still cute. Im not the biggest fan of Synchros but i guess id still use it. Is this really your first card? you dont seem like a rookie in making cards to me :D

Yuuji Kazami
Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. You can only use this effect of "Mechanical Idol" once per turn. So this is my first card. Thoughts?Well, okay. Let's see... Cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. Piercing isn't really that popular today, and Quasar Decks can use this. A Level 1 with this effect is kind of dangerous, but you did hard OPT it. Since it's also a Tuner, it makes it's worth even more valuable. A little worried by the fact that its effect can be used on itself. This is pretty much a Solemn Judgment without the LP cost, and stall/burn/exodia decks just have to camp behind this card in DEF mode to get what they want. This is problematic since the only way to remove it is by banishing, returning, or forced tributing. So think of this is your head: You get out one copy of this using One for One in Def mode, and you end your turn. Your opponent does whatever, gets out a Castel, tries to aim at the card but since you have another copy of it in your hand, you just stalled for another turn. My recommendation: Change Mechanical Doll's attribute. If not, then change the effect so that it can banish any other dark monsters except for copies of itself. Still a good card overall, and it isn't unstoppable. It just takes more effort.

It just takes more effort.Quasar wouldn't use this because it doesn't do anything to gain advantage, nor is it easy to summon compared to other Level 1 Tuners like Jet Synchron or Glow-Up Bulb. You would need to leave a DARK monster on the field to be able to use it's effect, and you'd need to be willing to get rid of it. Why would you ever summon this with One for One? Unless you really need to Synchro, you'd never summon this without it's effect. Also, you're example is pretty bad. If Castel is targeting Mechanical Idol, why would you stop it? They just recycled it for you and they wasted a Castel. The only time you would negate is when you're in a losing position and can't afford to take 2000 damage. One for One is a -1. So assuming you go first, you'd lose a monster. So that leaves you with 3 cards in hand, 1 being Mechanical Idol, and a Mechanical Idol on the field. The problem with Mechanical Idol is drawing into multiples. They make bad hands worse. Having Mechanical Idol in your hand is only good when you're in a winning position, since it stops your opponent from getting ahead of you, and if they somehow manage to get ahead, they deserve it. It doesn't even give you advantage. It's a -1. You can't simply negate everything because you have to be willing to lose a monster. Changing the attribute doesn't do anything. Any other attribute can use it. Maybe I could remove the destruction immunity, or make it a non-Tuner,
Yuuji Kazami
Eh. I didn't put too much honest effort into writing the first CnC. I knew that I screwed up on various parts, but hey, took me less than 5 minutes to write my original -shrugs- Looking at it now... It's still technically a LP cost free solemn and an indestructable wall. Kozmos can use this well, and I had suggested attribute change because this card can banish itself for the effect.
