Clear Kuriboh

Would it kill Konami to put a "This card's name is treated as Kuriboh" clause on things like this and Relinkuriboh/Sakuriboh that are obviously meant to be newer versions of the original Kuriboh? Kuriboh isn't a priority as far as nostalgia cards go but things like The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh and Multiply are fairly interesting support and it'd be nice to see them get a new leash on life in some fashion.

 

As for the card itself, it seems interesting but relatively unwieldy in most existing decks altogether.

I was just discussing this with a friend yesterday. Obviously a Kuriboh.dek would be silly as they all do different things, but a card that said something like "--- treated as Winged/Kuriboh". Would be nice. I remember when Berserker Crush use to be a thing. I even remember that one kid at school using the Philosopher's Stone on one of the DS Games (that was a hype day). I was even contemplating making a Kuriboh Deck for DP, but how would that work? "Kuriboh" monsters? "Kuri" Monsters? I dunno.

 

OT: Scarlight seems a bit obscure for my tastes, and if you run Clear for Cowboy then what? You have less than 800 LP and your opponent can just do it again next turn before their battle phase. That extra turn isn't going to help much with this in grave. But Clear can be a thing in a BLS Ritual.dek if you're using Gaias and Envoys of Twilight I guess?
